BRIEF ITINERARY : Day 1 : Delhi to Guptkashi | Overnight Journey Day 2 : Reach Phata / Guptkashi Overnight stay Day 3 : Kedarnath Trek | Overnight Stay Day 4 : Kedarnath Darshan – Phata / Guptkashi | Overnight Stay Day 5 : Checkout – Rishikesh – Departure Overnight Journey Reach Delhi (Next Morning) Booking Amount Booking Procedure & Payment Confirmation Mail For Offline Bookings Once you have completed the payment, please share the screenshot with us on +91 8130117254. Add travellers according to room sharing required. Enter Travellers Name. Click Pay Advance. Enter billing details for email invoice & confirmation mail. Select payment method Manual Payment Payumoney(Debit/Credit Card , Online Payment via bank , EMI Options) Important Booking amount has to be paid at least 15 days before departure to get the confirmed seat. Booking done after that period may lead to travel without a group( i.e you have to travel in different volvo / bus separate from our group) The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. The departure schedule and other details will be shared 3 days before departure. Quad, triple, and dual sharing is applicable only in Guptkashi. In Kedarnath Dham, each person will get their own bed, pillow, and blanket. DAY 1 : OVERNIGHT JOURNEY FROM DELHI TOWARDS PHATA / GUPTKASHI Meet and greet your fellow travelers and coordinator at Akshardham Metro Station around 10:00 – 11:30 PM. We’ll be making a pit stop along the way for a delicious dinner. Feel free to indulge in your favorite dishes (selfpaid). Departure Time : Between 10-11:30 PM DAY 2 : REACH PHATA / GUPTKASHI OVERNIGHT STAY After a refreshing halt in the morning for freshening up, we’ll explore Devprayag and Rudraprayag, marveling at the Alaknanda & Bhagirathi confluence and visiting Dhara Devi Temple. Arriving late afternoon in Phata/Guptkashi, enjoy leisure time to explore. Dinner and overnight stay included Meal : Dinner DAY 3 : DRIVE TO GAURIKUND | KEDARNATH TREK Wake up early in the morning, freshen up, have breakfast, and check out from Phata/ Guptkashi. We will then drive to Gaurikund (Kedarnath trek base point) and begin the trek to Kedarnath (16kms/ 7-8 hours trek). We will arrive at Kedarnath by evening and check in. Experience the live aarti at the highest abode of Lord Shiva. Dinner and overnight stay in Kedarnath, with sharing accommodations due to limited space available. Meal : Breakfast & Dinner DAY 4 : KEDARNATH TEMPLE DARSHAN OVERNIGHT STAY Start your day bright and early as we prepare for the sacred Kedarnath Dham Darshan. After checking out from our accommodations, we’ll make our way to join the Darshan lines. Following the divine Darshan of Kedarnath Ji, we’ll trek back to Gaurikund and then proceed to Sonprayag. From Sonprayag, we’ll drive to Phata, where we’ll arrive and settle in for a peaceful overnight stay in Phata/Guptkashi. Meal : Breakfast & Dinner DAY 5 : PHATA / GUPTKASHI – RISHIKESH – DEPARTURE After a fulfilling breakfast, bid farewell to our accommodation and embark on a scenic drive through the divine land of Uttarakhand. Our journey leads us to Rishikesh, where, if time allows, we’ll partake in the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti before beginning our overnight journey back to Delhi. Reflecting on our unforgettable experiences in Kedarnath Dham, we’ll cherish the memories and emotions shared throughout the trip. Whether arriving in Delhi by night or the following morning, it’s time to conclude our journey with hearts full of gratitude and reverence. Breakfast Inclusion Both Side Transportation : From Delhi/ Rishikesh/ Haridwar to Kedarnath (5D4N including travel time) Stays: 3N 4D By Default the above mentioned price includes Camps. If you want Dormatry instead of camps then Rs. 1000/- Per Person extra in total. And If you want Hotel instead of camps then Rs. 2000/- Per Person extra in total. Meals: 3 Breakfasts, 3 Dinners Starting from dinner in Guptkashi and ending with breakfast (Basic food will be provided as per the hill culture & trekking needs) Every day departure from Delhi (Minimum 6 persons) No room sharing is applicable at Kedarnath. Each person will get one bed, one pillow, and one blanket. Stays will be basic as per the remote area. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, etc., to be borne by the customer on the spot. Sightseeing depends on your time management and cooperation among your co-passengers.
