Our approach to cookies
This Cookie Policy explains how Tripanza, a unit of DU Adventurers Club operated by Akshay Verma (“Tripanza”, “we”, “us” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on tripanza.com.
We do not treat continued browsing as consent to optional tracking. Where a technology requires consent under applicable law, it will not be activated until the visitor takes a clear affirmative action.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser when a website is visited. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and software identifiers. They can keep a session secure, remember a requested setting, maintain a booking basket or measure activity.
Session cookies normally expire when the browser closes. Persistent cookies remain until their stated expiry date or until deleted through browser controls.
No analytics or advertising cookies by default
Tripanza does not automatically use cookies for behavioural advertising, retargeting, cross-site tracking or non-essential audience analytics. We do not sell personal information collected through cookies.
If we later introduce an optional technology that requires consent, we will provide an appropriate choice before it loads. Refusing or withdrawing that choice will not prevent access to the core website, although the optional feature itself may be unavailable.
Maps, videos and external websites
Some pages may link to services operated by third parties, such as payment providers, maps, video platforms, social networks or booking suppliers. A normal link does not place that provider’s cookie through Tripanza merely because it is displayed. If you follow the link, the provider’s own privacy and cookie terms apply.
A cookie-setting third-party embed should be loaded only after you actively request it or, where applicable, provide consent. Tripanza does not control cookies placed after you leave our website or directly interact with an external provider.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can review, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent secure forms, account access, basket functions or booking checkout from working correctly.
- Use private or incognito browsing to limit persistent local storage.
- Delete stored cookies and site data through the browser’s privacy settings.
- Block third-party cookies or enable the browser’s tracking-protection tools.
- Review permissions separately for each browser and device you use.
Cookies and privacy
A cookie identifier may be personal data when it identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual. Where cookie-related information is personal data, we process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Necessary security and service data is retained only for as long as reasonably required for its purpose, legal obligations, dispute prevention and system security. Optional consent-based processing, if introduced, can be withdrawn as easily as it was given.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when our technology, providers or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected on this page and the “Updated” date will be revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Your optional tracking choices
If Google Analytics or Meta Pixel is configured, neither loads before you opt in. You can change or withdraw your choice here at any time. Withdrawal stops future tracking on this site; it cannot recall data already received by a provider.
WhatsApp follow-up preference
A first-party identifier connects a saved WhatsApp follow-up choice to relevant tour and checkout activity. Recent trip interest may also be buffered in this browser tab for up to two hours, without phone numbers or form text, and attached to your saved choice after consent. Logging out or withdrawing clears that local buffer. This does not enroll you automatically. You can turn off the saved choice, reply STOP on WhatsApp, or contact us.
