This Privacy Policy describes how Tripanza ("Tripanza", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal information when you visit tripanza.com, create an account, make or manage a travel booking, contact our team, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. Where consent is required by applicable law, we will ask for it separately and you may withdraw it at any time.

Information collected automatically
- Device and network data, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Usage data, including pages viewed, links selected, referring pages, session times, and interactions with our Services.
- Cookie and similar-technology data, as described below.
If you provide information about another person, please ensure that you have their permission to do so and that they understand how we will use their information.
We use information to operate and improve your travel experience

- Send confirmations, service notices, itinerary updates, security alerts, and customer-support responses.
- Personalise content and provide relevant recommendations, where permitted by law.
- Send marketing communications when you have opted in or when otherwise permitted; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Monitor performance, analyse how the Services are used, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features.
- Prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and other harmful or unlawful activity.

Depending on where you live, our legal bases may include performing a contract with you, complying with law, pursuing legitimate business interests, and your consent.
How long we keep information and how we protect it
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and applicable requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no online service or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
Tripanza, travel providers, and service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers in accordance with applicable law.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or lodge a complaint with a relevant data-protection authority.
- Update certain account information through your account settings, where available.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages. We may still send essential booking and service communications.
- Manage cookies using our cookie controls or your browser settings.
- Submit a privacy request through our contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Our Services are not directed to young children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Information about a child traveller should be provided only by a parent, guardian, or authorised adult and only as necessary to arrange travel. If you believe a child has provided information to us improperly, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Updates to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our practices, technology, Services, or legal obligations. When we do, we will publish the revised Policy and update its effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.
Questions? We are here to help.
If you have a question, concern, or privacy request, please reach us through the Tripanza contact page. Please do not send sensitive payment or identity information through an unsecured message.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
Updated 4 October 2026. If configured, Google Analytics 4 may receive a public page URL, browser/device information and cookie identifiers after you accept analytics. Meta Pixel may receive similar information after you accept marketing. We do not intentionally send booking tokens, form entries or private account URLs to these tools. You can change or withdraw these choices in our Cookie Policy. Each provider may process data under its own terms; please review those before opting in.
Optional WhatsApp trip follow-ups
Updated 12 October 2026. If you choose WhatsApp trip follow-ups, we may connect your phone number, consent record, relevant trip views, time spent exploring trip sections, date-selection clicks, itinerary downloads and unfinished checkout activity. We use this information and relevant WhatsApp conversation history to prepare occasional personalised trip suggestions. Our AI provider, OpenAI, may process limited trip and conversation context to draft a message; we remove recognisable phone numbers and email addresses from that context where possible. Bookings, opt-outs and recorded human-agent conversations can prevent delivery. Providing a number for an OTP, PDF or booking alone does not enroll you. You can turn off the saved choice in our forms, reply STOP on WhatsApp, or contact us. This choice is separate from analytics and advertising cookies.
